Black oranda?

Not a black moor. I have had them in the past. I currently have 14 aquariums with various types of freshwater fish. The bulges have currently went down but at times reappear. I was wondering that if the ph dropping low to 6.4 could have caused this? Hav done a rather large water change. That helped. But at times the bulges seem to try to reappear.
