I think bronchitis has me going insane?

I have chronic bronchitis and I get decently high fevers (102-104.3). I keep having the most insane dreams, one consisted of me and a million other slaves building a utopia but making no progress the city kept destroying itself and killing each crew of slaves. Someone please comfort me about this.
