Where can I watch One Tree Hill online?

So I went to www.surfthechannel.com and I clicked on the links for www.hulu.com but they only had episodes up to 14 (season 1) and that was the only website that worked for me. I don't like using megavideo because sometimes the voices don't follow the action and that's frustrating. So is there anywhere else besides cw and megavideo that I can watch full episodes of One Tree Hill online, free, no surveys, and no downloads?
