Lets say that someone is an organ donor....?

In my opinion part of the Hippocratic oath is to "bring no harm to anyone" so, considering that, I would say it would be up to the individual doctor, nurse, etc, to do whatever is possible to sustain life and care as much as possible and make one considerably comfortable until the end, then do whatever is necessary.
