Wow, you are gorgeous! The answer is simple, just rotate your iron the other direction! It's tricky at first, make sure that when you're doing the left side of your head (the side your messing up on) make sure the iron is facing DOWN like this /\ then clamp down and twist it so your hair is going outwards like you like it.
