Headlight condensation issue?

ok i just put a new headlight on my car. Brand new embly. i drove it out in the rain yesterday and i got home and realized ther was a haze on the inside of the headlight lense. like condensation haze. i found that the rubber gromet was a little loose so i pushed it in all the way. the moisture dried up over night but then when i took my car out again today within 30 min of it being outside my garage it had the haze on it again. i dont know too much about moisture or condensation so please help.
