How exactly is Obama going to bring change?

His early decisions seem nothing but politically-based choices, e.g. Hilary Clinton. How does he bring the so-called "choice" and how does he represent a supposedly "fresh" politician, when all of his cabinet members are likely to be simply some old wolves of Washington? All of the cabinet members will be of the extreme left wing, so how does that "unite" conservatives and liberals like that, when his cabinet doesn't contain enough variety?
