Yes, if you do nothing or the rest of your league does nothing, it goes through. You can move players from rosters depending on the site you use. Not sure if Yahoo does it yet, but ESPN does in some leagues. You may have to deal with this trade though. If you suspect cheating then cut off their trading and free agent pick up privileges at least, that you can do for sure.
