I need a recipe for Chappy's Deli cole slaw?

Chappy's Deli (a small Alabama chain of NY-style delicatessens) has a delicious tart slaw that they serve aside their sammies. It has no mayo, no onions, no carrots (whew!) and no other discernible ingredients. Common sense tells me that it is oil, vinegar & shredded cabbage. Can anyone provide me any additional information?
