If Charles Rangel were a White male,would he still be in congress?

Every person of average intelligence already knows the answer. Blacks can virtually get away with any crime because of the double standard. As we have seen in the Sbag O.J.Simpson trial, evidence, facts do not matter, when the jury of one's' peers is equally dishonest and corrupt. Equal justice for Whites under the law is impossible with the current federal judicial system.
