Im overweight and on metformin . . how long did it take you to conceive on metformin?

hubby and i have been ttc for 4months now . . i am overweight and have recently been diagnosed with PCOS . . i have been put on 2 x 500mg tablets a day and am going back to my GP in 2 weeks to see if i need to up my dose . . i am interested in ppls stories in how long it took you to conceive on metformin specifically overweight people .. i am trying to lose some weight at the same time . .a couple of kgs already i have lost . . im also trying not to think about it and trying to keep my mind busy on other things as i hear as soon as you stop stressing it usually happens .. its just that im starting to think that it will never happen . . other than being overweight i am completely healthy all my bloods are normal .. will it ever happen . .
