Is there an inexpensive video card that will satisfy the recommend reqs for Bioshock, M Effect, and Sims 3?

Need to get a new video card for desktop Windows PC. P4 3GHz processor, 1GB RAM, only have 1 AGP slot for video. Might upgrade RAM as well.
