List the 30 best players who've played most (or a lot) of their careers in the 90s, 2ks, and/or today?

What I mean most or a lot is so we can't say players like Larry Bird though he did player a couple years in the early 90s most and nearly all his main work was done in the 80s. Isiah Thomas wouldn't quality either because most his career was in the 80s. I'm thinking more like modern era players like Jordan, Shaq, Hakeem, David Robinson, Reggie Miller, etc.
