Sinus infection?? help!!?

I too have issues with my sinuses. See a pharmasist and ask for a netty pot. It is like a sinus wash almost like using the baking soda, warm water, and salt . I know many people that sware by the netty pot. It will help drain everything out. If this doesn't help you need to see a doctor for a sinus infection. Good Luck.
